OFFICIAL RULES Latcho Rajasthan Taj Mahal Getaway Sweepstakes NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. 1. Sponsor The Latcho Rajasthan Taj Mahal Getaway Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Culture Shakti LLC / Latcho Rajasthan (“Sponsor”), based in California, USA. 2. Eligibility The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, representatives, and immediate family members of the Sponsor who are directly involved in administering the Sweepstakes are not eligible to enter. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. 3. Sweepstakes Period The Sweepstakes begins on September 3, 2026 and ends on November 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time (“Entry Period”). Entries received after the Entry Period will not be eligible. 4. How to Enter To enter, visit the official Taj Mahal Getaway webpage and submit the requested entry information, including your name and valid email address. No purchase or payment is necessary. Limit one entry per person. Incomplete, fraudulent, automated, or otherwise invalid entries may be disqualified. 5. Prize One (1) winner will receive a Taj Mahal Getaway for One Person on February 1, 2027. The prize includes: * One (1) night hotel accommodation in Delhi, India * Round-trip ground transportation from Delhi to Agra * Admission to the Taj Mahal * Lunch in Agra The prize must be redeemed February 1, 2027 and is subject to reasonable itinerary and scheduling requirements established by the Sponsor. The prize does NOT include airfare or other transportation to or from Delhi, passport expenses, Indian visa or other entry requirements, travel insurance, additional hotel nights, additional meals, personal expenses, incidental expenses, medical expenses, or any other expense not expressly listed above. The winner is responsible for arranging and paying for their own transportation to Delhi and for possessing a valid passport, appropriate visa/authorization, and any other documentation necessary to enter and travel within India. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the prize: $_____ USD. The prize has no cash alternative and may not be exchanged for cash. Sponsor may substitute a prize or component with one of comparable value if circumstances beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control make a listed component unavailable. 6. Winner Selection One potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The random selection will take place on or about December 1, 2026. Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received. 7. Winner Notification The potential winner will be contacted using the email address provided with their entry. The potential winner must respond within 72 hours of the Sponsor’s notification. If the potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within 72 hours, is determined to be ineligible, or is unable or unwilling to redeem the prize on February 1, 2027, the potential winner forfeits the prize and Sponsor may randomly select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries. Sponsor may require reasonable verification of the winner’s identity, age, and eligibility before confirming the prize. 8. February 1, 2027 Redemption Requirement The Taj Mahal Getaway is specifically scheduled for February 1, 2027. The winner is responsible for being in Delhi and available at the designated meeting/departure time provided by Sponsor. If the winner cannot participate on February 1, 2027, the prize will be forfeited. No alternate travel date or cash compensation is guaranteed. 9. Travel Responsibilities Travel involves inherent risks and uncertainties. The winner is responsible for determining whether they are medically and physically able to participate and for obtaining any travel insurance they consider appropriate. Sponsor is not responsible for missed flights, transportation delays, passport or visa problems, denied entry into India, illness, weather, government restrictions, closure of attractions, or other circumstances outside Sponsor’s reasonable control. If the Taj Mahal or another included attraction becomes unavailable due to closure, government action, weather, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control, Sponsor may make a reasonable substitution when practicable. 10. Publicity Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to publicly identify the winner by first name and general location in connection with announcing the Sweepstakes winner, without additional compensation. Any additional use of the winner’s photograph, video, likeness, testimonial, or other promotional content will be subject to applicable law and any additional consent that may be required. 11. Email Communications The email address provided for entry may be used to administer the Sweepstakes, including contacting the potential winner. Receiving ongoing promotional emails from Latcho Rajasthan is not required to enter or win the Sweepstakes. Where applicable, entrants may separately choose to subscribe to Latcho Rajasthan travel news, events, experiences, and promotional communications and may unsubscribe from those marketing communications at any time. 12. General Conditions Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries that Sponsor reasonably determines are fraudulent, manipulated, automated, submitted in violation of these Official Rules, or intended to interfere with the fair administration of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor may modify, suspend, or cancel the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, government action, force majeure, or another circumstance beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control materially prevents the Sweepstakes from being administered as intended, subject to applicable law. 13. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, entrants agree that Sponsor will not be responsible for losses arising from circumstances outside Sponsor’s reasonable control in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes or redemption of the prize. Nothing in these Official Rules excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited. 14. Governing Law The Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by applicable federal law and the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where another jurisdiction’s applicable law requires otherwise. 15. Winner Announcement The winner is expected to be announced on or about December 1, 2026, after eligibility has been confirmed. 16. Acceptance of Rules By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to these Official Rules and to Sponsor’s decisions concerning administration of the Sweepstakes, subject to applicable law.
